There's no expectation of privacy in public. The right to film in public is protected by the 1st amendment. The courts have ruled on this many times.

SATC definitely does. They talk about their friendships, jobs and money, fashion, masturbation, all kinds of things. The show has plenty of problems, like celebrating consumerism and materialism, or not having many POC. But on the metric of female characters who have more to their lives than men, it does well.

That's a whole lot of sexist stereotypes you crammed into one paragraph. Bravo.

There a ton of scenes in GoT with two women having a discussion about politics and war that involves men but have nothing to do with romance. A lot of great conversations between Catelyn and Brienne or Sansa and Cersei technically fail. There are definite grey areas with that rule. That's OK though. As the post

For some reason I found it really hilarious when Amy asked Buffy "When does the Slayer find time to shop?" It's actually a really good question.

That must be why I love it so much.

Xander and Spike got into hilarious roommate fights when Spike was living in Xander's parent's basement with him.

That's why I love Beaches even though it's super sappy and cheesy.

Not only are 42% of Americans young earth creationists but apparently approximately 42% of commenters here don't understand the concept of sampling either.

This has already been covered in the thread at the top. According to theory of evolution it is not guided by anything. It's the result of random mutation. It's true that people who think god guided evolution don't the theory because that statement contradicts the theory.

Not necessarily stupid, but still wrong.

And prepubescent girls aren't actually female!

Oh, no kidding. I had to stop reading them and I'm cis. I can't imagine what someone who is trans would experience reading some of that bullshit.

I'm really looking forward to his GoT episode Sunday.

He made a good creepy cardinal too.

Yep. In the movie that is by far the scariest part. In the book the scariest part is when Louis is walking through the forest hearing spooky sounds and thinking of the Wendigo.

I love to watch this movie alone in the dark with headphones on!

Why don't you tell your asshole friends that if they hadn't gang raped someone your shitty town wouldn't be in the news?
