Heartbreaking looking at the lack of stars on this

Consider that the final table (all 20 teams) had 4 teams within 2 games of each other. Relegation and the season of the schedule aside, in the final 2 to 3 months every game featuring those teams could have been crucial, maybe even exciting, if the champion was the team with the most points.
