Where are you from? West Virginia occupies a special place in my heart. My mom’s side of the family is from Logan. I haven’t been back since my grandma died in 2011, but I still have an uncle, a great aunt, and some distant relatives whom I don’t know all that well living up in that same area.

It takes a LONG time to make in large quantities. First you take the chicken bits and bread them, then you prep the macaroni, then you bake it all with the different cheeses. Meanwhile you cook the bacon separately, cut it up into bits and sprinkle it on.
