I loved RBG. My constitutional law professor argued the VMI case a few years before I was in his class. That Ginsburg authored decision was  brilliant. I hate that her legacy is in shambles, but here we are.  

So they’ve essentially walled off the courts in Texas to keep this in the state (with cooperation of the 5th circuit and Supreme Court). Who can bring suit in Texas? It seems like anyone in the country can. Does anymore know? My comprehension is shot to hell right now and I can’t quite make sense of all this with it…

Did your parents get a lot of obnoxious grief about not allowing gun related toys and behavior? I ask because that is how I raised my children and it really bothered people   

Yeah, there was no coming back from that.  Every mass killing seems to prompt a flurry of legislation loosening gun laws. Insanity. 

My husband went to Notre Dame so god forbid I say anything negative about the school (that’s been the case forever) and now Amy Boney Carrot. Ugh.
