Thank you. I know it’s going to be ok and I’ll get my bearings but dang it’s hard. 

So every Saturday for months I want to post but I don’t know how or where to start. I posted about my new puppy but there’s more to that even. I’m going to try now because I’ve gotten so much support here in the past. I’ve been here for years and I swear this place has saved my life. Ok. Here goes.

I was just dead ass wrong. 

A bit of an aside but this week Rhode Island passed the law to make the legal age to marry 18 with no exceptions based largely on the hard work of a group called unchained at last. The Governor must sign it still but it will become the 5th state, only the 5th, to ban child marriage. 

Jesus. This is a cascade of awfulness. 

Yep. She was to young to hire an attorney or enter into any contract before 18. Except marriage with a parents consent

And the shit he says about his son…that poor guy. They’re estranged bc he doesn’t agree with his life choices or something to the effect?! Good god. I mean I guess having sex with a 13 year old would be worse than what this asshole, running for Liz Cheney’s seat, has done but I suspect it’s nothing as clearly…

It makes the whole Romeo & Juliet comment  that much more appalling 

I saw the story earlier somewhere else and it omitted the fact that she died by suicide at 20. Everything about this story is nightmarish.

You’re absolutely correct. These type of laws have been bouncing around and we have seen them applied haphazardly.

I am a native West Virginian. Today a woman in a Facebook group in which I am a member said she would rather be poor than ever leave WV. I dont think that state would give its points to anyone.

This is the only way to do it! I had two implants done after disasters were found under crowns from past root canals. So for the extractions, the bone graft and the implant base stuff it was used 3 times.  It definitely made it tolerable bc I was wigged out and was maxed out on pain I could tolerate.  

It is the best word for the whole mess! 

It is terrible.
