Try being a Wizards/Bullets lifer...at least they get some fans to the games (helps that tickets are dirt cheap in an economically viable part of the country). Hell, I'm even going to the next one. It's not the worst Wizards team I've seen (though maybe second worst). They won't get to 0-18.

Despite the lack of EA sports (maybe in spite of), this is quite true. The early iterations of NHL 2K were far superior to anything EA had going at the time. NBA 2K was out of this world and, of course, NFL 2K was an all-timer. I'd say the MLB 2K baseball series was the only shaky title in the lineup...

I would only consider this for the controller and the ability to play with the TV off. Thing is, even with the few times I would love to do that with the PS3/360, it's not enough to warrant a $300 purchase to get that ability for me - esp. when the specs will soon be outdated.
