You're going to get hated on but I agree. Being a sad, lonely, bitter asshole doesn't make you cool, or cynical, even. It just exposes you as a failure of a human being. That's all.
It's actually just an anime retelling (so with demons and ninjas and stuff) of the War of the Roses. The PSP remake was fantastic, minus the slight delay in the animations.
