@firstEncounter: Thanks a ton! This is a very, very interesting solution. I am now with my ISP and everything seems to be working fine, but I may give this a shot anyway just to tinker with it. What I find interesting is that OpenDNS is saying that they cannot control what IP YouTube tells them to use for their

@spcomputing: Exactly. These guys are just trying to save their own butts. As an amateur nutritionist myself, I try not go near the stuff. The reason HFCS came about was that it made transportation of beverages and other sugary products cheaper as there is no need to refrigerate it during travel or in the store, and

Loved the Woot agent, but every now and again it would always crash on me. Not sure why.

I totally disagree as it is impossible to foresee everything you will need to organize before you even get it. If you do not know where an item belongs, you can place it in the miscellaneous box or basket. Just make sure to keep it out in the open (living room maybe) so you do not forget about it. Also, you probably

Finally! Probably should have been the first thing implemented.

@Raidah: Oh man, definitely sorry about that one. I'm actually shocked myself as I used to use their one-time credit card numbers quite a bit. Here is a link that might help lead you in the right direction: [www.walletpop.com]

Might have to have a top 10 for binder clips.

Hmmm..., I wonder if this has enough umph to make into LH's "The Complete Guide to Ripping and Converting Flash Videos" article?

Opera's speed and memory management

@HeartBurnKid: Agent of R.O.A.C.H.: Not sure about this one as I was able to install Opera 10.5 on a win98 machine with a 333ghz processor and 128mb of ram. Neither Chrome or FF would install, but Opera had no problems and ran fairly well. When it comes to memory usage Opera wins hands down, and I'm not just talking

Nice graph, but how in the world did resveratrol (aka anti-oxidant found in red wine and merlot) end up at the bottom? Anyway, I also noticed that the ailments are not listed below the "worth it" line. Does that mean they are not worth taking for anything? One of the reasons for so much conflicting evidence I believe

Which came first? The chicken or the egg?

@Raidah: Use FireFox with the PayPal plugin. PayPal will then give you a one-time credit card number. You can generate as many as you like.

If you like your YouTube videos and need them to load sometime within the next few hours I would stay clear of OpenDNS. I had OpenDNS and for months I could not figure out why I had to wait forever for my YouTube videos to load. I would have to wait for the entire video to load just so I could watch it straight

How does this match up against programs like "DVD Decrypter", ImgBurn, and "DVD Shrink"?

Originally I had thought Xilisoft was the best downloader, but it is for YouTube videos only. You can batch download an entire collection of YouTube videos from any YouTube user. The downloads are also very fast. [download.cnet.com]

Works like a charm! So far anyway. Just did a clean install on my Windows 7 64-bit Professional system. I recommend reading through the guide first and of course printing it before you do anything.

I just wish someone would create a dialog box maximize button.
