Yes. Nico is an arrogant prick. His demeanour in the press conferences always pisses me off. I guess he doesn’t like how close to home some of the media hit about his shittiness and inability to match his teammate.

No, Nico is just slower. He’d be an excellent Force India driver. He will be a lame “never did anything special, ever” champion.

There are really good odds on a choke. He usually crumbles when it matters most.

Best thing for Lewis would be to blow the start on purpose. Push Nico and let him sink himself because he can’t handle the pressure.

Oh ho, you got me good.

I don’t mind The GT. It’s what I want from these 3, and I think they’re capable of evolving through some of the stuff that isn’t working as well as they thought (the American character is shit).

Shopkeep is just being friendly to bag the sale. So, that banter is just a phoney attempt at coercion and not worth the effort anyway.

Yeah, I hope they drop that in a hurry.

I didn’t find Skinner that funny. The whole America vs Brits thing is a bit contrived. I would like it better if the pro driver lap was just touch more serious - perhaps some feedback on the pros and cons of the car at the limit. A hybrid of a Randy Friggin’ Pobst review and the American might be good.

I like a joke that sneaks up on you. I’m also hoping that’s there’s a double entendre buried in there - something to the effect of “i post photos of my awesome car YOU can’t afford on my instagram with my outlawed phone”

As they should. Somebody’s fun, hopefully not malifiecence, injured 2 flight crew and could have killed someone.

I thought the star segments were pretty good. That most of them involved local celebrities was an interesting bit of insight into a different culture.

Nobody minds the passing. It’s the shitty blocking under breaking. Senna never did that.

Gru from minions + (•_•) = max verstappen.

Pretty sure that was pre recorded.

Yeah, and considering that it’s kind of a thing for fat dudes to lose a bunch of weight and start running marathons in their 40s, it seems that just about anybody can do it. So, not really that impressive.

I’m a big Jacques Villeneuve fan, but I have to wonder how good he really was. Michael never really rated him. The car was untouchable and its widely rumoured that Patrick Head hated him for making the championship more difficult than it should have been. He never did much after leaving williams in ‘98 - I never

Agree that there’s no issue here. This is a video of two competitors fighting hard for position, but understanding exactly where the line is. Excellent racing and spatial awareness by both.

I’ve never seen an F1 car deliberately and gracefully squeeze another driver due to locking a wheel before, and I have been watching F1 for over 20 years. I’ve certainly seen drivers block to maintain position, which is what this incident represents.

I think the lock came before the move and it was just a late breaking maneuver - I will have to watch it again. It’s hard to tell.
