Good question. Unless someone really wants to discuss theology / philosophy with me, I never bring it up. If they want to, I will talk about it all day long.

Good grief. I can imagine it. All the hand wringing about what will become of this poor girl, with zero consideration to her hate crime and its impact on black men in town.
What does this mean to you? Honest question, I am torn on RT. Some days I think its a Russian propoganda front, and other days I think it is a good counter weight to US news.
Whaaat? She said the Democrats, not Green Party.
Seriously. I’m really just projecting what I suspect they’ll be saying on Bbart. I would go look, but want to keep my sanity until I can get home today.
Not much makes me sadder than hearing about people who choose religion over living, breathing family.
My kids are so pagan, they burn little wicker men in the yard. I don’t think our values would fly with Good Ol’ Corn Pone Middle Americuh...
Exactly!!! I asked the dad wtf later, and he said “I thought we’d use it again. We have a septic system so we let our potty fill up before we dump and flush”
Thank goodness. We had a birthday party a while back, and one of our girls’ pals (a 3 yr old boy) pissed in our potty but his dad never flushed it, and for some reason put it back in the closet. We weren’t using it yet, so a couple of days later I noticed an awful smell eminating from the closet - it was the fucking…
this is the real reason. Same with the UK ban. Trump met with the airline CEOs not long ago. Wonder what they talked about with Mr. Isolation/Protectionism...
Then ban electronics from the cabin on ALL international flights.
YAAAASSS
Because it’s all they have. They know Trump was elected illigitamately. They know deep down he is a terrible president. But He’s Their Guy (TM), so they need a way to fight back against reality by creating a new one.
I’m of the opinion that if players are allowed to celebrate, when we get that dude who is great, and “acts like he’s been there before”, it’s all that more effective. If everyone flips their bat, but the best guy doesn’t, it’s almost more intimidating. Same with pitchers. An angry glare from a Randy Johnson type is…
Exactly. Like they are the gate-keepers of the game(s).
Ugh, it is unfortunately technically correct, no matter how much I hate it...
Both of these professional sports are children’s games. They should be allowed to celebrate. If joy in a game is someone’s problem, that is a reflection on their inability to be happy, not “unproffesionalism” by an athlete. Give me a freaking break with the elderly white sportswriters poo pooing happiness.
I trust my two year old (who draws on her face, assaults her sister, and puts toys in the diaper genie) more than I trust the elected President of the United States.
Amen to that.
