Good idea... There are always those apps that look so good on the store and are for about 24 hours, but the quickly loose my interest. I wonder how the algorithm will work with apps that are brand new, since they wont have had people using them for any extended period.

I wouldnt be so optimistic if I were him about iOS... If his idea does well (which its a good idea so it wouldnt surprise me), it would probably be built-in in house as a feature. Kudos to him for working things out with the military and getting the app up and running though
