To me, the SV650 is far more impressive. Affordable, attractive, unique, quick enough, worthy of continuing to produce. With a shade more power, better suspenders and less weight (let’s say fully adjustable forks/shocks, 100 crank HP and 400lb with fluids), I’d call it perfect.

My favorite remains the Ninja, for a silly reason: Once upon a time, when I was still a fresh driver and penalties would be harsher, I overtook what I only too late discovered to be an unmarked police car.

Legendary, but I never did like the styling.
