Thanks, but I already owned up to my mistake here. Cheers.

Yup - my mistake. Another reader corrected me. That is the main stem bronchi to the right. All three lobes are indeed occluded.
I stand corrected! That is indeed the main stem bronchi...
My dad bought the ‘70 version in the same color. When the Chevy Vega was introduced, he, being tired of the Texas sun blaring thought that roof glass, traded it in for one of those and a Luv (Isuzu rebadge) truck. What a letdown. The Vega started burning oil almost immediately. The Luv was a real dog, but man it could…
The right lung has 3 lobes. This “cast” is from just one of them. It’s not out of the question that a patient uses the other two right lobes and the left lung to cough this out.
Well, there are 3 lobes in the right lung, so it’s not out of the question that this could occur. You don’t see this often because, normally, the patient would die of other causes while it is occurring. I’m sure that MEs see these all of the time while dissecting.
Considering our likely future, I’m surprised that no one suggested an Amphicar.
Nah, just innorant. Many if them are anti-vaxxers too.
The sort of person who who buys a Wrangler (be it American or otherwise) doesn’t give a damn about safety ratings. They are risk-takers by nature and, if I was one, would be even more likely to buy one to stick a finger in the face of fate (and the safety nazis).
What’s mail?
Looks like the WH is armed and well defended for the War on Christmas.
If GM and Chrysler bail out on sedans (and “cars” in general), they have nothing to fall back on in a pinch should gas prices spike to, say, $6/gallon and the dumbass American public suddenly want out of their gas hogs. Ford, as much heat as they’ve taken recently, still makes sedans and econocars in Europe and could…
What?! I thought all cars come “out of the box” with license plates.
What I don’t get about both electric and hydraulic assisted steering is why it becomes virtually impossible to steer when they fail. I’ve owned cars with manual steering and, other than low-speed maneuvers, they were quite livable and amazingly communicative at speed.
Could you please repeat that in Englishese?
Daimler should have paid him real money for making the SP250 look good.
I’m ashamed to say that I pretty much had a handle on the lineup. What a nerd I am.
qbit, neither of these conditions are episodic. They are both 24/7. As you describe in your later post, yours is physiological rather than psychological.
Sounds like you have first hand experience with these things.
Got ya beat. I towed a U-Haul trailer with my ‘86 CRX Si from Long Island to Kansas. Manual tranny, FWD and 91Hp. I had a “custom” (read shitty) trailer made in Wichita for the return trip and it literally ripped my rear bumper off and was dangling after I hit the salt-heaved ramps at the end of I-78 in New Jersey. I…
