There’s for sure something weird at work on our network settings or settings on the computer that we can’t change. Most computers can’t view certain sites, but some people’s can. Sometimes blocked sites actually bring up text saying it’s blocked, but others just load indefinitely. The only way I could see it being a

I’m at work . . . so, no you.

That doesn’t make sense that they would be blocked at home unless you’ve blocked them somehow.

Make it so only an expert can do it for them. At least they will have to pay for it!

It doesn’t? My parents are from Oregon, and moved back to have me, and I was always taught to not be in the left lane. They definitely have signs on areas, including the freeway, telling slower traffic to keep right. Either way, it’s just basic politeness. Definitely should be a law though.

I now live in LA, and we

It’s illegal to bring a child into an actual bar.

I don’t need to be guaranteed a child free experience, but I should be guaranteed not to have any parent tell me not to act like an adult because they brought their kids to somewhere that primarily caters to adults.

Nothing he OP said was him being a douchebag prick shitbird. He just said don’t go if you’re kids can’t

Who’s definition of Millennial are you using? I think you should reference that, as a quick trip to Wikipedia will show you that multiple different organizations, agencies, and companies use different definitions.

Some say 1980 is the start date, some say later.

Weird. Personally I’d put that under a different law if I were writing the laws, but whatever. As long as they throw the book at her. I do worry that they wouldn’t throw the book at her if she were a man.

Good point re: copyright. However, I think it’s their job to make their content viewable for as many people as possible, so they can make money. Perhaps they’ve done all they can. I’m still going to bitch about it when content critical to the article isn’t viewable to me and likely others.

Wish GMG would start showing content from twitter, IG, and other websites that get blocked by some workplaces in a manner that makes it so they are viewable. Why can’t you use the snips tool or something else?

Fuck I hate people.

Friend and I sat next to Jon Hamm at the bar (in DTLA) and didn’t know it because at that time he’d never been filmed with a beard and he also had a hat on. He went outside and someone we knew came in and said he was outside smoking and described what he was wearing. We were mildly upset we didn’t realize it was him.

Good point.

As a pedant I believe he should be called out! Lol. I’m kinda joking but I am a bit of a pedant. Anyway, I was just relaying what I saw from the shots people take. Also, people probably a bit jealous. I know I am!

I just started drinking regular soda more often and cut out the diet soda. If I’m going to die either way from them, at least one is tastier.

Someone really needs to improve Kinja to make seeing the post someone is responding to easier.

Hah, I realize that last bit of my post sounds hypocritical, but you specifically said that when you commented that threats hadn’t been mentioned, and they had.

Dude, game developers aren’t going to stop engaging with gamers over non-toxic negativity. “Increasing negativity” is PR speak (this was a PR dude) for toxic behavior. The guy is obviously being as diplomatic as possible because he doesn’t want to alienate too many people, because that’s his job.

I know by 2004 they weren’t really on my radar when I was getting a new head unit for my first car. I went with a mid-range (I think it was mid-range) Pioneer.

I’m not sure who was on top when the F1 was actually being developed. Seems like Kenwood did a good job though.
