The scare quotes around victims are kind of shitty. Just because these people were cheaters doesn’t mean it doesn’t suck to have your identity stolen.

Cannot recommend this enough. Arrived in Chicago from a tatl flight a few months back. Wife and I don’t travel enough to make GE worth it, so used mobile passports instead. There was no line.
