I’ve got a couple orange or citrus bitters I’ve either picked up or received as a gift, and I’m not a fan in Old Fashioned. The flavor feels redundant with the orange peel (But maybe that’s just me).

Horseradish is the only heat that I like in cocktail sauce. Even the chili sauce mentioned in the recipe above gives me pause. I know I’m weird, but I prefer my cocktail sauce to be a little sweet, with a lot of horseradish :)

Exactly. I moved into a role that was intended to be 100% W@H about a month ago. My boss is in an office in another state, but 90% of her team works from home remotely across the country.

Fair. What I mean is that for them to have come up with 19 days, they originally said 15+4 or 10+5+4 or something.

My company starts you at 19 days. But that’s probably intended to be 10 days of vacation, 5 sick days and 4 personal days. It’s mapped on plan somewhere I’m sure :)

Depends on the state, as it’s not “court” in every state. I participated as an employer once when an associate who had quit appealed our decision not to pay unemployment (There were mitigating circumstances, and we ended up losing despite the fact that she quit. Oh well).
