I’m in PA. and still trying to figure out the real reason the clowns in our State house pulled this one out of their ass. Far as I know,no one asked for it

During August pf 2019 I was on my way to a air show and stopped at Popeye because I read a couple of reviews of their chicken sandwich. I walked in ordered one ate it then left for tha air show. A week later people were shooting and stabbing each other over the sandwich.
