You should never use soap in a dishwasher. Dish soap is for hand washing only. It will be way too sudsy for a dishwasher. Use dishwasher detergent. They are all soap free.

Yes, and some people do worse than that. They rinse the dishes, wasting the water, and then put them in the dishwasher.  The detergent is far too caustic when there's no food to break down, and it can actually damage the dishes.

If the death penalty were a deterrent, this wouldn't have happened. He knew it could happen and he did it anyway.

Since it’s censored, I assume it was a different n-word. It doesn’t matter what the server meant. She was fired and rightly so. There’s no excuse for what she did, but I can’t say that I expected to resort to ask in an interview whether she planned to do that. It wasn’t something they could have prevented.

No, it’s a deposit. This isn’t a change. As long as Tesla has been around, buyers put down deposits to place orders. Since they are building something specifically for you, they want you to put up some money before you buy it. But with the Model 3, they are asking for a smaller deposit than they ask for with other

I don’t think the officers should quit. They should be fired.

It’s not because he’s white. It’s because he’s an ass. It’s also because he’s racist.

Yes, words have meanings. That’s why I checked a dictionary. Those are the things that let you know what the meanings are. By definition, as the phrase is used today, it also means station wagon.

When Hyundai introduced cars in North America, they decided as a corporate strategy to adopt a specific pronunciation that sounds like HUN day. It’s not a butchering to use the pronunciation that the company claims is correct.

Actually you will. The term auto-pilot was used literally from the beginning of cruise control on automobiles.

They use other names such as CoPilot that imply that the system has complete control while autopilot by definition is an assist feature.

That’s downright absurd. Do you honestly believe that a single person bought the car without knowing which packages do what? Autopilot and FSD are each sold separately. Each costs money. FSD hasn’t been released yet and anybody who paid for the option knows that.

Tesla might use the word “beta” when other companies don’t, but plenty of reviews put it head to head against other vehicles and ranked Tesla’s technology at the top. When other companies don’t call it beta, all they are really saying is that they aren’t advising extra caution and there’s zero chance that they will

Perhaps you haven’t heard, but there are drivers taking their eyes off the road in cars that don’t have this feature, and they have accidents every day. When it happens, nobody puts the manufacturer’s name in the headline. Nobody mentions that in those other cases, nearly 100% of those drivers are holding the steering

It’s not the key that’s killing people. It’s the internal combustion engine. An EV with a fob won’t kill anybody if it’s left in a garage. It can even turn its AC on if a child is locked inside, and there’s no risk of CO poisoning. So you can take that number and add to it the number of deaths from overheating, and

A big problem is with valets, mechanics and even dealerships that should know better. A person who is used to automatic headlights who never turns them off will assume that they are on auto. But any of those places will turn off the headlights.

It’s also a safe bet that when they are asking to hand you cash instead of asking you to hand them cash that they aren’t scamming you.

“the CEO initially estimated Tesla would be making more than 5,000 Model 3s per week by now”

It makes sense that damage caused by somebody other than the company shouldn’t be covered by the warranty. They could have had a clause to that affect without mentioning anything about other parts, but the argument that they are wrong because of what they might do hypothetically doesn’t show a problem with the
