This is a pretty looking, simple animation (in style, not execution) with a simple message. It's not trying to be deep. It's completely superficial and was designed as such. If this is what you think of as "artsy", I'd hate to see your head explode at some actual pretentious artsy sh*t.

Without going into geeky detail of things I'd like to add, I completely agree with the article.

+1

He's written opinions and facts. Not sure which opinions you think are stated as fact, but I'm guessing that the general opinion of the article that IDF Ranks is propaganda propagation is the bit you have a problem with?

But what I took from this review is that he didn't like that it wasn't enough like FC2- which could be a good thing for peopel who didn't like FC2, no? I'm someone who liked where FC2 was going with the series and FC3- upon keeping up with the marketing- looks like a step back for me and my tastes. I wanted a FC3 to

I know, right!?

"Hey society, I don't give a shit about you! Watch me not giving a shit! Look over here! I don't give a shit!"

More games need to be scrutinized under these criteria.

*un-intuitive* not quantitative....mistaken spell check.....

I agree with everythign in the article and I'd still recommend you play it.

Agree quite strongly with most of this. What compounds these annoyances is that there's enough of a great game underneath all this that I'm still compelled to play it!!!

Sometimes, that's the nature of disagreement.

Yeah, male here, and I would have loved to play a woman as one of these characters.

What am I looking at here?

Lol.

Looks great.

Ugh, this is another game with a story that teens and early 20's will think is gritty and interesting....

Awesome. Best yet.

I agree with you only in relation to the reviews of the campaigns, which I think are grossly inconsistent....they're ALL generic, scripted, buggy and shite, so yeah it does annoy me when one get's called out over another.

Thanks for that. Hadn't seen that before. Lit up my morning.
