I was only talking about hardcore mode maybe being added to or tweaked......normal mode is pretty perfect......although if I had ONE problem is choppers with talented players flying them with an infinite amount of ammo......

The thing is the 2 main gripes seem like fair gripes to me, but their relative worth compared to the other facets of the game surely are minor considerations. Their importance in the context of video games certainly shouldn't lead to such low scoring. Unless people are being childish about it.

Depends how you morally rank the constructs of "privacy" and "fidelity", and whether situations deem one trumps the other. Also in many criminal case violating someone's privacy can be justified, so I'm not sure how you can make a blanket statement....
