That's why I thank God for separation of church and state.
Another senseless, violent punishment brought to you by the religion of peace.
So basically Iran is the town from Footloose?
My first reaction was "What? How can golf clubs admit anyone? And where would they even be in charge of admittance? They're inanimate objects!" I am not a smart woman.
It's the eye makeup. It's so garish and clock work orangey.
I buy records. Seriously, I acquired a player in college and kept it, which works out because I happen to live near Hipster San Diego and there's a bunch of record shops. Good ones. I buy jazz records. Jazz sounds even more colorful on a record player.
The models on the left are rocking what we in the urban community call baby hairs.
The green. I saw a customer wearing this exact sweatshirt last week and it was GORGE.
Green! I think that shade is actually pretty versatile and neutral. Would be nice with oxblood, dark denim, white, grey, a really pale blue or yellow.. Plus, that nice dark earthy green is so seasonal... God I love fall. I need to go shopping.
I love the ivory, but I feel like it would attract stains. If you're gonna drop $60 on a sweater, make it one you can wear a long time! Green ftw!
I'd go with the green. Earth tones ftw.
GREEN! you can still pair it with other colours like a wine red, white, tan, or black! i think it will stand out more than the ivory even though they both rock
I'm biased, I'm a sucker for military green AND I am a filthy filth monster who can't keep chocolate and ink stains off my clothes, so I vote green. Now off to try to buy one myself!
Now that the additional info has come out, I wonder if she's feeling a bit of remorse for making such a big deal about this.
Parks after dark is different than a parking lot in broad daylight. Also, having sex is a lot different than making out.
If they were having sex, I would care no matter what color they were. That's not appropriate in a parking lot where people can see you. I found it hard to believe that anyone would report two people kissing, and what do you know, it sounds like it was more than that. If they were really having sex, that is not the…
The person who called the cops in the first place was probably motivated by race but I think the cop handled the situation well. When this story first broke i was expecting a whole different kind of conversation but the cop seemed professional to me. He was called to investigate a potential crime, either…
Yeah, while I do think the calls made to the police were the result of racial profiling (because let's be honest, if there were two white people going at it no one would care), I understand the officer not wanting to talk to the dad. There's no reason to add another person into an already tense situation.
I don't know. After reading the transcript it doesn't seem to me that the police officer was out of line. In fact it sounds like he was being very patient with someone who wanted to make a scene. I'm not saying that race doesn't play a part but not sure this was the issue this time. She also sounds like a child…
