Really? I love the Outback era, or really the much larger Dazzler era. Unfortunately he lost it after that. The last story of his I really liked was the battle between Freedom Force and the Reavers on Muir Island.

Someone else. But let me reiterate how much I hate her writing. According to her, everyone is a screaming child.
Is it no good? I thought his his Uncanny X-Force was the best X-Book in 20 years.
You're totally right about Excalibur, but I could never get into X-Factor, mainly because Of Louise Simonson's writing.
That's why I liked the Classics series, they contained the original issue, plus a bonus side story as a separate thing at the end. Some of those are really good. The one about Sabertooth ambushing Wolverine every year on his birthday is actually one of my favorite Wolverine stories.
I wasn't a big fan of his stuff with Lee, but the brief Paul Smith era and most of the time with Mark Silvestrii was pretty great.
You can jump in. The trick to reading Claremont is knowing which boxes and thought balloons explaining who everyone is/what they can do/ what their big problem is, you can skip. At first you should read them to get oriented, but he repeats himself a lot for the benefit of new readers.
Probably better for the environment than driving them until they break down
Yeah but he was mostly in TV comedy right? Tim Watley on Seinfeld, the annoying neighbor on King of Queens, etc. I never thought he could pull off a serious role.
I thought Peter Griffin was supposed to have a Rhode Island accent. Isn't Seth McFarlane from there?
They should have cast Hulk Hogan. Then during the Avengers someone would say "hey Hulk" and they'd both turn around and it would be funny.
He really doesn't though. Where in America would you say House is from? I have no idea, because his isn't any actual, recognizable, accent.
Really? I live in the suburbs, not even a city, and have worked with people who had grown up in Ireland, Australia, Kenya, Jamaica and Iran. All had noticeable accents. This was at various bookstores. I think you're really underestimating the extent and variety of immigration to the US.
To be fair, the editors stomped all over his plans and he didn't have much of a say in the plot for the last year he was on the book, then he quit mid issue.
There was an entire episode of this show dedicated to the fallout from the mother catching the blonde son giving someone the finger. You'd think he'd stabbed someone given the level of shock and horror she displayed.
Nightman Cometh is my favorite episode. There are people who don't like it?
Would you really want to be saved by some uggo?
In the very beginning of the mini series, Wolverine gets poisoned and his healing factor is compromised. I don't know why they're not just sticking with that, as the identity of who poisons him is pretty important to the story.
Faint praise? What? Claremont wrote all kinds of classics. Days of Future Past, the first Genosha story, the Proteus arc. He's the guy who made Wolverine and Magneto interesting.
Repeats of American Dad are nightly some of the top rated shows in all of cable. Despite Fox's best efforts, the show Is definitely a cash cow.
