No, it's still a bad line. Whedon is a terrible writer.

Reason is no more honest than any other political outlet. Less so, actually, on many issues.

While you're at it, you say Democrat presidency in the article when the correct term is Democratic. Just a small thing that grates, because usually it's done on purpose as a taunt by Republicans.

No, Ryan had no real interest in compromising. His crocodile tears after that speech was an excuse, not a reason, for his hard line positioning.

Does he? It's just really weird that never gets brought up whenever someone writes an article about him being the favorite porn star for female viewers because he's so nice and friendly/non threatening.

I think he said later in an interview that he just thought it would be weird and unprofessional to bring a bunch of friends to a film shoot. Could be lying, I don't know.

Well you certainly shut me down.

To be fair, he was writing at a time when a large percentage of the world's population lived under pretty oppressive communist regimes, and when state propaganda actually was a lot more blunt and direct than it is now.

Yes. This was the first thing that came to mind. That, and the one with the kids with the divorcing parents visiting that old woman under the pool.

Seriously, he completely lost me on that last point.

The Office had a very similar Woody Allen/Antz joke years ago.

Seriously. "I've got a rocking body and a titty full of milk" is the best line of any show ever.

TV changes people. My aunt used to be an attorney for child law cases in NYC. She spoke extremely highly of Star Jones as a lawyer, respected her a lot. On the other hand, she hated Judge Judy.

Jenny McCarthy is the kind of person who really wants to be funny but has no idea how.

A less slutty Kelly is no Kelly at all.

I agree. I never found the big space battle scenes all that exciting. Especially when combined with the endless macho posturing speeches in the last couple of seasons. Count me as a non fan of Martok.

Yes. I could not agree with this more.

Your complaint doesn't make any sense. They praise movies all the time.

Yeah, the serial killer stuff is what prevents me from recommending the Mr. Plinkett videos to people who I know would otherwise love them. I do enjoy half in the bag a lot, moreso when they review terrible children's movies.

The One That Got Away is still number one for me but yeah, this was definitely a series highlight.
