Look closely and there were dozens of Star Wars references crammed in this episode, their own homage.

Wasn’t just the door, there were loads of Star Wars references crammed in to this episode (e.g. the asteroid field, trench, resistance base design, sound and music effects, Endor and Hoth like terrain and masked introductions, making a point of reminding us the kids name was Ty, etc..) I also loved that the freighter…

Much more Star Trek than Star Trek. Love this show.

Its not a comic team I like, but its batshit crazy. Lighthearted legion, and Tudyk is so great in his 4th wall breaking narration (though im not fond of his visual which reminds me of the Lawnmower Man and 30 years later looks just as rough)

Couldn’t agree more. I’m always wary of things when they’re too cagey about giving details. Yes, we know the new Doctor’s female, that’s great, but what about the tone? or the aliens? or some of the settings?.

I’m kind of tired of these teasers, they don’t really give a feel of what to expect and they don’t really feature the talents of those involved. They just distract. One month, I can’t wait for this to start, but until then I think I’m just going to ignore these. (More power to those who want to watch them, we all know…
