Ahh I see you like simple games, Onimusha 1 was the best of the Onimusha series and was made more arcadey in 2 & 3, and Parasite Eve 2 added a lot more RPG depth.

Having played all the Borderlands the 1st one is still my favourite.

1. Aside from the number of charachters it wasnt a huge step up from SNES RPG’s, it lacked polish and balance for example in the strategic battles and some combat moves. Might be my favorite home base of the series though.
