It's not "an insipid little trick." The guy has contradicted himself in all interviews that I've seen of him. I don't follow him. However, I've seen him explicitly state that he doesn't want violence.

I appreciate your honesty. I could have been clearer.

I fully understand why you're arguing with me.

So you're trying to make a utilitarian argument for sometimes punching bad people?

I mean, I can maybe see quoting Gandhi once in an appellate brief to a federal circuit court or the Supreme Court if you're trying to make an argument that a law should be changed, but I can't see it happening very often.

Why would you even put Gandhi in a legal brief anyways? Lol

Pointing out inaccuracies suddenly makes one an alt-right concern troll! Wonderful.

There's a greater morality called "freedom," which our law tries to protect.

So you only like Malcolm X in his latter years?

I don't know. Depending on how hard you punch, I may just take the punch and enjoy seeing you put in jail and forever having a criminal record.

"A lawyer's conduct should conform to the requirements of the law, both
in professional service to clients and in the lawyer's business and
personal affairs."

Yes, but criminal statutes protect me from you.

Don't strawman because you made a stupid and irresponsible comment which is amplified due to being a criminal attorney.

…As a criminal attorney, you know that's nonsense. He has freedom from your fists by statute. Please give this explanation in front of a judge.

You agree with Malcolm's "racial separation" ideas?

Ask Spencer. He seems to think it's possible in one of his looney ideas.

As an attorney, what is wrong with you?

Don't imply that Malcolm X was good.

That doesn't tell me anything other than he's a dumb racist.

Close enough, I suppose. That's very racist rhetoric, but he contradicts himself often then.
