Speaking from experience, the trauma stemming from being sexually assaulted is so deep and convoluted that it can lead to all sorts of questionable decisions. That’s part of the reason why I’m inclined to give her a pass.

I don’t know. “Til It Happens To You” was so powerful and helped me work through the aftermath of my own sexual assault that I’m inclined to forgive her. Working with him with messed up, but I’m one of those people who thinks it’s never too late to apologize.
