She was pulled over because the computer/license plate scanner told him her insurance was expired. The real outrage is why she thought it was okay to operate a ride share business without insurance. Of course that’s far less virtue-signally.

If the cop is playing by the book he would ignore her and go about meeting his performance objectives. (“performance objectives” is scoring enough points for revenue and economic enforcement such as people buying insurance before his annual review)
