I would argue that Destiny has put the best story of all those you listed. Have you read the lore? How can you not find something in there that is enticing?

This isn’t even a question to me. They are what have brought so much to my fun little life of Destiny and I will not turn my back on the Vanguard. Cayde-6 (my Hunter’s mentor) is the major reason. The lore on The Dare with Andal Brask came to my mind right away.
