I really thought the Bruno Mars thing was a joke, but now I can't tell. It struck me as a parody of American Idiot.

Local elections are based almost entirely on name recognition, so he seems a credible threat to me. Especially when his dad's company employs half the town.

I think different states and even municipalities have different rules, so it's hard to say for sure. It seems that City Council positions in Pawnee are full-time, so I don't think she could feasibly do two jobs at once. (Though if anyone could, it's Leslie.)

Check out Aisha Tyler's AVC interview. She mentions that part of her character's role is to "lay pipe" (no, not like that), meaning the writers call on her to remind Archer/the audience of the main plot and get things back on track.

It's a little crazy to just accept, without question, that your friend procured a baby on short notice, and then abet the possible kidnapping of that baby to Long Island. Your friend who is known for morally ambiguous schemes, no less.

I'm one of the people who caught up before Season 4, and I still loved it. It helped that a movie theater by me screened every season 4 ep for free - made the wait totally worth it.

Not to mention being able to talk about how "ghetto" they are non-ironically.

I think shows like Breaking Bad actually work better in real time because there is much more tension/build up week to week. It helps that BB is so damn good that the build up is always worth it.
