She doesn’t even seem to understand the issue. The women are not suing because of a “wage” disparity. In fact, the only wages paid are to the women. The men do not receive a salary.  The issue is related to the pay they receive for reporting for matches.

That is almost certainly why no one will comment. All the people/orgs listed are either parties or potential witnesses, and I would expect that all of them have been put on notice that they could be subpoenaed to testify if they haven’t been already.

Not only is Deadspin upset, Twitter user Malinda is upset. Some of them tweets had up to 8 likes! Deadspin would have been the laughing stock of the internet had they not published this story.

USWNT provides graphics for American teams to use for shows of support in order to push their brand.
