Our prison system should focus on rehabilitating those who have committed crimes. There will be some forms of incarceration that will look like the crimes that the person is being incarcerated for, but it’s simplistic to think that that justifies an eye-for-an-eye system of punishment.

The man is going to live out the rest of is days on Death Row. The chances of him seeing the executioner is probably less than 50% (much less, I imagine). However, I’d rather he rot under the jail for life as a lesson to other white nationalists rather than to die as a martyr to some incredibly stupid cause.
