It’s worth seeing. It’s strange and there’s plenty of the weird nautical stuff that makes the PotC universe so enjoyable. Unfortunately they found a way to shoehorn in a pointless romance subplot, but overall I actually prefer it to the 3rd movie’s insanity and gaping plot holes.

I don’t care what the detractors have to say, I just like this series. It’s an interesting world, with a unique visual style, and I always want more.
