Not sure why they can’t think of a new plot for this franchise, every time they stumble on the alien or it gets let loose. Why not make a movie where it’s deliberately used by a rogue enemy that can control it, and have the struggle be be surviving the alien and killing the rogue force.

Same, 4th was a solid movie, not a standout like the first, but solid. 2 and 3 just had too many pacing problems and plots. They could have cut a lot and had a better film.
