I’ve been places in the world where the only thing between starving and not starving was meat. Of course, that meat was not from Wendy’s, it was from a pig... and the meat was not the expensive crap we eat in the United States, it was pig meat simmered in (and liberal applied use of) pigs blood.

The only reason a vegan or vegetarian diet “may” be more expensive is due to government subsidies for the meat and dairy industries.
