Eneloop Rechargeable 4 pack with charger. It sells for as cheap as $15 and can power 2 controllers. I expected this post to be a promotion for this product; I expect too much.

No healthcare or education...

You left out the important qualifier without air conditioning.

Have to agree that the console version is better than the PC version for the controls. Once you've played on a 360 or one controller there's no going back to the kb&m.

Cam’s completion percentage is right on par with Eli Manning’s after 6 years:

Hope is the operative word. A single entity owns the entire complex? You’re likely to get a deal on taxes/insurance in the price (assuming the building is not at full occupancy). A home to rent in a good school system and neighborhood near competitive jobs? You’re 100% paying those taxes, home-owner’s insurance, and

According to ABC News 85%:

Here’s a Pro-Tip for Android users:

My family uses this feature often. My wife and I share our location all the time which easily allows her to see if I am still at work or on the way home. I can see where she’s at when she’s shopping so the “hey, you still at Publix?” text doesn’t have to go out when I notice we’re out of the kids yogurt, etc.

The prevalence of the 30 year mortgage makes the comparison appear to favor the renting side. A 15 Year conventional mortgage with 20% down-payment on a $400,000 home would be below 4% APY; at 4.00% payments would be $2,367 per month and total interest paid would be $106,060.25.

It should near always be cheaper to buy than rent. As others have stated renting includes the home owner expenses (maintenance, upkeep, taxes, etc) in the cost of the rent. With owning you control those costs. With renting your only hope is that the owner manages those costs well enough to pass the savings on to you.

I wasn’t going to go there but I was thinking the same thing. Goal #2 or 3 I think came down to poor reaction to the player crashing from the far post (likely due to the keeper prioritizing the American directly in front of the goal) but some of the others looked savable.

Call that what you want. I call it racism.

simplest distillation. you can’t be racist if you’re not the dominant minority group. because you have no power to enact racism

I think Ka Mai has conflated racial oppression or systemic racial oppression with racism. I think the author has as well to a lessor degree. Racism does not have an aspect of power associated with it only bigotry and ingorant beliefs.

Thank you for this. The mental gymnastics in the article to explain how one is bad and one is “okay” was bothersome.

The Abyss led directly to the T-1000, which made the list. Huge omission.

Two sides of the same coin.
