I mean, I don’t think anyone is expecting Borderlands to start giving us James Joyce or Dostoevsky. Irreverent (and occasional scatological) humour, lots of guns, and big explosions are Borlerland’s stock in trade.

You dont have to sub for Amazon, iTunes, etc as a service to purchase items. They are “free” too. But if i was a person who did not want to give money to Amazon, and something was an Amazon exclusive... what do you propose? Same school of thought goes here. 

There are indeed, exclusives to various game store platforms on PC. Thats like saying there are no movies exclusive to Netflix, Amazon, iTunes, etc, because you can use on those services/platforms on a PC.

I dont want to give money to EGS (and many other gamers dont want to either). So the game is unavailable until…

Sad seeing all the EGS exclusive titles. Devs: Please don’t encourage Epic’s behavior. Release your games on ALL PC platforms (Humble, GOG, itch.io, MS Store, Origin, your own web site, and especially Steam). If Epic wont let you release on theirs without exclusive contract, let Epic be the one to suffer.
