Tesla’s in a weird spot because:

I see so many old people in Outbacks in my area. Anytime you’re behind one, it’s typically going 5 under the limit and has a tendency to slow down/stop at green lights.

I qualify for this but my chances are extremely slim. I have a friend whose brother (Michael Fincke) is an astronaut and his resume is insane. He has a BS from MIT, MS from Stanford along with two other degrees and also flew F-15s and F-16s in the Air Force Test Pilot school. My friend said that Mike originally was

I’m more shocked that people are paying $80K for a Tahoe. I know that cars are more expensive now but c’mon people.

Your niece sounds pretty amazing!

I was stuck in the last row of a Delta flight a few days ago from BOS to CLE and the idiot sitting next to me spent the first 45 minutes of the flight coughing every 10-15 seconds. The flight attendant put her mask on, tapped me on the shoulder and offered me a mask, which I put on immediately. A few minutes later

Because the laws don’t apply to rich people.

Their “no victim” argument is totally a double-standard for Trump. I’m sure if every immigrant home-owner decided to re-assess and undervalue their property to avoid paying taxes, the GOP/Fox News crowd would lose their goddamn minds.

It’s a Tesla, so I’m guessing that they assumed she was already dead and took their time pulling the car out before extracting her. EVs are known to catch fire when submerged in water so it may have been a safety issue to have divers in the water.

It’s kind of absurd to listen to a guy who spends obscene amounts of money on luxury watches tell people not to buy a car, which is an essential item for most Americans.

Same here, I have a similar credit score and the best rate I could get last summer for a 48-month loan on a used car (private party sale) was about 8%. I paid that loan off in about 6 months.

I know - the logo in the upper left corner isn’t even aligned straight.

You kind of proved NSX’s point though. He’s really an electronics reviewer who also has a spin-off channel that reviews cars. He doesn’t appear to be well-informed about cars in general - basically the opposite of a Savage Geese review.

Pickup trucks. I always seem to run into two types of pickup drivers in my area. The first is someone who works in a trade who is constantly driving around the neighborhood while on their phone. They’re generally going 10 below the speed limit and stopping randomly in the middle of the street because their mind is

No - when the car is full of water while the car is submerged, the pressure has equalized such that you can open the door normally. Mythbusters had a great episode on this. Basically, once the car hits the water you can try to open the door right away. If you can’t, try and roll down the window and wait for the car to

warriors of all ilks”

I get where you’re coming from but I think the song they picked for the trailer was perfect. It was one of the featured songs in Fallout 3 that they regularly played on the radio station as you were walking around DC and even popped up in Fallout 4 too.

I read that they split up 6 months after their daughter was born and then Horner supposedly got together with Halliwell shortly after.  No idea if he was cheating on his first wife but we’ll probably never know.

This is woefully stupid black and white advice meant for people with no financial intelligence. As with every ham-fisted statement like this, it all depends on your financial situation, what car you’re buying and how long you’re planning to keep it.

Good one
