The GOP are fucking awful and incredibly stupid. They’re already trying to blame the leak on Ketanji Brown Jackson, who isn’t even on the Supreme Court yet:

It depends on what Fox News tells them to be afraid of this week. Illegal immigrants, abortion, pedophiles, Disney turning all the kids gay, Fauci, M&M’s wearing flats instead of high heels, Dijon mustard, tan suits, the war on Christmas... take your pick. It’s amazing these morons have enough courage to leave their…
Yeah, I remember that being his son’s house. Not Dr. Phil’s actual house.
THIS! Moving Disney out of Florida is unrealistic not only because they have four major theme parks and all of their supporting employees located there but also because every single state with mild year-round weather in the mid-west or on the east coast is run by lunatics.
Southern NH, where the majority of the people live, is pretty normal but almost everywhere else is pickup trucks and Trump 2024/Trump Won signs.
Hell yeah! One of the best video game soundtracks to come out of the 90's!
I love visiting Disney World. I also love the cast members who work there. Some of the kindest, most awesome people who will do anything to put a smile on the face of their guests. It’s no coincidence that a huge portion of those people are part of the LGBTQ+ community. They’re kind people. Accepting people. Good…
There are also several different entrances to Disney Springs too. You can basically just drive down the street passing entrance after entrance until you find one you like.
There really isn’t any difference anymore. The Taliban are all about oppressing others (especially women) and thrive on ignorance and fear. The Republican party (if you can even call it that anymore) is really no different. They both love to impose their religion on anyone who is different. They both suck at nearly…
I’m just curious, did Haas honestly think their image wouldn’t be ridiculed when they decided to plaster their car with what was essentially a Russian flag livery and then allow a Mazepin to either crash the car or finish last every single race?
They have literally nothing else in their life other than watching Newsmax, Fox News, Alex Jones, etc, which focus entirely on trying to scare the crap out of their viewers.
There’s definitely issues both with pedestrians and drivers. As a pedestrian, I’ve had plenty of situations where I’m in a crosswalk and a car nearly runs me over because they aren’t paying attention or figure that I’ll jump out of the way if they go really fast. There is a very busy intersection in front my son’s…
The Wrangler is a big hit with the upper-middle class, 30-50 year old white guys who wear trucker hats and listen to the Zac Brown Band. I can’t explain it but three guys on my street bought a Wrangler this year and they all fit that demographic. We only have 25 houses on our street and 5 of them have Wranglers... and…
I mean, they did put Hamilton in a pretty shitty spot TBH. He was closing in fast on Russell and then they told him to back off to save the engine. He’s pretty much stuck following Russell, who is driving at a much slower pace, hoping that nothing happens that causes the 20+ second gap between him and Lando to…
If you can charge at home, then a PHEV is a good compromise. I have the X5 45e and it gets 31 miles of electric range which is far more than I normally need each day. I’ve driven 1800 miles on the car so far and have only used two tanks of gas.
I’m glad to hear that it has improved. The VW/Audi group is still lagging a bit behind in the US with their electric vehicle rollout. VW only has the ID4 in the US but Audi does have several models (like the Q4 e-tron). Most of the Audi models are in the $60K+ price range though. The Q4 e-tron looks like the better…
I get where you’re coming from but I think you miss the point of the Hummer EV. It’s about getting customers to transition from driving massive, gas-powered land-yachts to massive, electric-powered land-yachts. If even a small percentage of the pickup truck and Suburban crowd adopted an equivalent EV, then that would…
This is the best answer so far. My wife and I were considering getting an ID4 but the controls for nearly everything, including climate control, are buried in the touch display which is buggy and slow as hell. Neither one of us could live with that everyday. The ID4's platform may be great but if they’re going to make…
A Chevy Bolt starts at $31K while the Hummer EV starts at $108K. It’s more than 3x the price of the Bolt and would be subjected to significantly higher excise taxes in certain states. Is it wasteful and insanely heavy? Yes. But it honestly isn’t anymore wasteful than the dozens of 8-cylinder+ performance cars that…
A level 2 charger is relatively affordable to purchase and install in your home. It’s about $1-2K total depending on the charger you buy and your electrical setup. The speed of the charging depends on the charger itself and the car. Some cars (usually PHEVs with limited range) limit the charging speed to preserve…
