Once upon a time I dated a girl whose family had an 82 SC Turbo Look by Brumos. Gorgeous car but one that had sat in the garage for quite some time. I resurrected it and took it to get new tires. First real trip out with the car it conked out and stranded me on the freeway.. Fuel lines, plunger and pump cratered

I tip my hat to you sir... though the part where he flashes that he's tripping out would be more like it.

Can't agree with it more. I miss my S14 though. Best learner car ever!

wow is it just me or does he look an awful lot like John Candy in that picture? Plus is that a post crash brewski?

BRAVO! this may actually rival Quentin Wilson's old Top Gear review in getting the spirit and the soul of this car just right. I was sadly disappointed that I couldn't get one when I got my license after moving from Italy to the U.S.. But already I have seen a few thanks to the 25 year exception.. Good times ahead!

Steel belts... STEEL BELTS EVERYWHERE!!!

Look at those shagtastic recliners!!

Best thing I recall about the original Twingo that I recall was the automated manual the thing had. Basically you shift gears but there's no clutch pedal.

I think your inner child will love this video (and song)

Lol didn't realize they were the same publisher. Still the soundtrack got worse with age I'd have to say.

Holy crap I never noticed it but TG totally ripped off Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge's soundtrack!

I'm going to have to go with these 5:

My parents had an Outback H6 3.0 for many years and ran like a champ with no problems including one time when the serpentine belt snapped on the freeway. The only adverse effect that day was that they lost power steering and that was only until the belt was replaced. They calmly cruised to a stop without drama and
