Being a former "highway department" employee I can tell you that roadways are usually engineered and designed with certain safety speeds in mind and they usually ( AND I MEAN USUALLY NOT ALWAYS ) are anywhere from 15-30 MPH over the posted speed limit. The logic behind it is that you should never drive at "the limit"…

I'm guessing its all about the annoying supporters.

If I could have it any way I'd say put the concept body with the front end from the production model.
