I love that he described Dharma & Greg as "really the gravy train with biscuit wheels," since that's a phrase his brother Bill uses in Kingpin. Makes me think it was just an expression the Murray boys used around the house.

Yeah, I think this is something the overly dismissive "all he did was repackage other ideas!" crowd overlooks - "repackaging" ideas not just in the sense of making them work but also in making them appealing is a damned important part of making groundbreaking technology an inherent part of everyday life.

Kansas City's Kauffman Stadium just opened Craft & Draft, a dedicated craft beer bar section of the stadium. The selection is apparently excellent but I haven't had a chance to visit yet, so not sure about prices.
