No way. Get out of here with that. We'd DEFINITELY have heard about it if a PRESIDENT of the US died.

Darn. I'd been doing such a good job whittling down my need-to-watch list lately, but I may have to add this :-P

Who here watches The Americans? I watched the first few episodes when it premiered and then fell behind and wasn't quite invested enough to catch up. But I keep hearing about how amazing it got. Is it worth catching up? How long does it take to actually hit its stride?

Is that how it worked? I always thought fatter Chandler was the post-rehab version.

Wow. You have officially surpassed me. And I recently suggested a possible solution to a fairly big life decision to my husband based almost entirely on an episode of 30 Rock.

Oh, no….the other 3 are (to me) much more conventionally attractive. Which means…Emory must be shortlisted….because of his acting abilities!?! BUT WHAT ABOUT HIS SISTER IN CHINA?!?

Huh….I'm also confused by them calling him "cute" but maybe I'm just too old…..WHY DON'T I KEEP MORE SALAD INGREDIENTS IN MY DESK!?!

I agree with you re: steak being overrated (but I'm not a major carnivore anyway). I actually spent 2 weeks in Argentina in January and didn't end up eating a single one. There was just always something more appealing on the menu.

Ugh, me too! Turns out meat tastes better when it's not the consistency of chalk and brown in the middle!

I imdb'd Mark Margolis over the weekend (because I thought I spied him in something else). I learned that he lived in my same general neighborhood and immediately developed a new goal celebrity sighting.

Jonx. But the gif is so much better than the fishstick :)

It's Monday. It's raining. There's no CEG or JtV.

When they were together he wasn't creepy…but when they were broken up he tended to be—e.g. he was way too nosy about Summer and Zack's sex life, or lack thereof, as if he had any business knowing. It was played for laughs/poor Seth, but….in retrospect, kinda creepy.

Heck yeah. Though now, watching reruns, I realize he was actually frequently somewhat creepy about Summer :(. More grown-up Seth Cohen + glasses in this movie, though? Yes please!

I finally got around to watching Life Partners. It was an enjoyable little movie. And fun to see Gillian play the more put-together one for once. It did take a little getting-used-to to see

Good to know she'd draw the line at Sin Rostro, at least :)
