I had the same reaction to the pertussis vaccine as a child. When we were getting ready to vaccinate my daughter we mentioned it to her pediatrician and she told us that do many of the first time moms in their mid twenties to mid thirties she saw had that reaction. It was apparently really common and resulted in

thank you! Watching her try to emote is actually painful. Why is this show SO invested in telling us how much McPhee is a star?! She has no charisma at all.

Every picture of Emma Stone screams "Toddlers and Tiaras" to me. Her dress is such a glitz-cupcake dress, and the way she is holding her hands in every shot leaps straight from the "stage" in the cafeteria of the local jr high. I can just hear her mother screaming "get it gurrll, pretty feet!" from behind the camera.

If you go on their site and sign up as a member, they will email you a $20 gift certificate for any order in 7 days. I just ordered a dress for $43 including shipping. Yay!

OMG thank you. I was so ashamed that this was my first thought too.

Thank you! I was looking at the first one with the strappy back and the dip-dyed bottom and I thought, wow that's actually really pretty. THEN I saw the front and it was like something out of "Dancing With the Stars". Forget about "slutty" (hate that word) it's just fugly.

GD woman, I am sitting here at my desk thinking "I should try this no shampoo thing, let's look at the calendar and decide when I have time to look super grubby for 2 weeks while things settle down" and then I read this "the oil in my pores had pushed out to form little trees topped with my normal blackhead" and now

We have a woman who comes and cleans, and we just pay her rate. We do give her a bonus at Christmas of a months pay.

We just recently had to break with our child psychiatrist. He saw little sunshine 2x. The first time we met for one and a half hours and talked about all of her issues and our concerns. By the end of the appointment he wanted to put her on Zoloft (@age 5) and we all agreed o talk about it at our next meeting. He said

This is exactly what happened to us! Mr Sunshine and I took little Sunshine to a child psychiatrist once and 5 minutes in he wanted to put her on Zoloft (at 5) we talked for an hour about her problems and anxiety. He said he wanted to see us in a month to talk more about our options. Ext appointment we did the SAME

This violates HIPAA in so many ways it's ridiculous. I work for an HMO and know that an employer is not allowed to know what doctor an employee sees, much less what prescriptions that are written. That is all PHI (protected health information). Without repealing HIPAA there is no way in hell that this would be

Who is currently still advertising with him? I refuse to listen and find out, but it would be nice to know who to boycott.

I use one of these! I have to inject my medication into my thighs everyday, and I'm not supposed to expose the area to heat (weird, I know) so my neuro recommended this. I love it! It also prevents my wood or granite surfaces from being damaged by the heat generated by my MacBook Pro when I work at our bar or table.

Mr. Sunshine is at a sleep clinic and his mom is drunk texting me. ::sigh:: I get to take care of little sunshine tonight alone, and she is threatening to vomit. Does anyone else feel like their SO is a better parent than they are? I'm the mom and I feel like I am missing some of the nurture gene, while Mr has it

He's also dumber than fuck and uninformed. Health insurance will and does cover toothpaste in some cases. Some people with serious periodontal disease get their toothpaste from a pharmacy, with a prescription, which is covered by health insurance. Just a random bit of information from a health insurance drone!

Will this stuff work on fine thine NOT wavy hair? I hate my greasy, limp, fine hair enough to consider shaving it off on a yearly basis. I would love to be happy with my hair for once!

This made me laugh out loud at my desk. Hysterical—copying and sending to a few friends.

I watched the arrivals with little sunshine so here is her (5year old) commentary:

I understand everything everyone says, and I agree. I just want her to feel better and I want her to feel better NOW. I have experienced depression and anxiety, which is rooted in my multiple sclerosis, and I have tried a lot of different meds. The hell of withdrawing from paxil is something I wouldn't wish on anyone,

She's currently in a preschool program of 3 full days per week, kindergarten would be 5 days a week, 3 hours per day. However, we want her to do an after school program 3 days per week because a) I have to work, and b) if she IS going to participate and play w other kids, it takes her a few hours to warm up and join
