Just a word of caution, Absinthe may be hard to find in some areas.
It was banned in the US until 2007 and then there were strict rules about what was allowed into the country. Add to that, local and state laws may prohibit the sale of it as well.
Hmm… if I were to make a version a version of Oreo cookies - I would probably go with the vanilla cookies (that they already use for the vanilla Oreos) and the cream filling would be a banana cream filling.
