LOL!
You should hear some of the "extra content" on some of the stories - there's some "joking around" about coming to do these plays is because of the meals they get during their breaks from recording.

And yet Tom has come over to Big Finish. The 5th release of the 6th season of The Fourth Doctor Adventures was released today.

You know, the 80's band that had Phil Collins as drummer and lead singer.

Dang!

I wonder if "the law of diminishing returns" had a part to play in this, as well - many would've said that there were too many of them. Look at what happened after Christopher Reeve played Superman four times - the franchise got stale.

No love for The Toxic Avenger?
;-)

LOL!
I'm old enough to remember him from The Courtship of Eddie's Father.

Considering what has been released so far, I would say that "she's right" - however the quality of the first three movies was debatable from movie-to-movie.

It was cancelled once (1999 - 2000 (they just ran a few specials)), but like a vampire it "rose from the grave." Next time they cancel the show, they should put a "stake through the heart" of it.

This program is brought to you by Ex-Lax.

Well, after reviewing the list above, I can truthfully say "there's nothing on there I really want to see - nothing stands out."
*snores*

Actually I'm surprised it's not out already.
There have already been two premieres that I know of (China and France) - and surprisingly it's been getting very good reviews.

Maybe purple with pink polka dots???
;-)

On the "flip-side" we've seen him divert a "full-scale regeneration" as the cliff-hanger of The Stolen Earth/The Journey Home, he didn't want to change, so he stored his excess regenerative power into a "handy-dandy container" - the jar with his hand that was cut off in The Christmas Invasion.

Just out of curiosity here, but since the show has come back we've had a few characters that were blue (The Steward and Raffalo in The End of the World, Dorium Maldovar (from The Pandorica Opens, A Good Man Goes to War, and The Wedding of River Song) and now in this story we have Dahh-Ren.

Just to be pedantic here, but we have seen The Doctor use his regenerative powers "at will" - granted he didn't use them on himself , he used them to heal River Song's broken arm in The Angels Take Manhattan. So we can assume he can use the power, he just chooses not to.

Well, of course they're going to cancel Son of Zorn and Making History - they've gotta have more time for The Simpsons.
;-)

Nah, they went "off the air" back in April of last year… at least in the US. It's still in available to other English-speaking countries, though. and can be found on-line as a streaming service.
