I’m not so sure about the lightness of hydrogen cars. Hydrogen itself has ~100x the specific energy of Lithium ion batteries, sure, but by the time you add the pressure tanks etc it seems to be more of a tie. The Mirai is about the same…

Maybe open up solar panel factories? Give companies a tax credit if they hire X amount of people? Put the factory in a town that’s close and easy to get to from miles away.
