And let’s not forget that there is a damn plague happening. Public transportation is filthy and inclusive use case means more plague bearers on the bus with you.

Torch, you’re gonna be to China what David Hasselhoff is to Germany.

Called that shit when the engine was announced. It’s probably just like their diesel and it won’t pass CARB.

My brother-in-law is like this. Not necessarily a bad person, but has tried out what feels like every religion/cult under the sun (Scientology, Mormonism, Catholicism, and Hillsong are all on the list) and has swung between supporting conservative, traditional politics to bemoaning the environment we are going to

If suddenly being exposed to new viewpoints causes your kid’s worldview to pull a bootlegger’s reverse, you were controlling the viewpoints they were exposed to in the first place. This is a very common thing to happen in conservative households once the kids go to college.

I feel like they got the retro future vibe right on this. The way the Challenger still looks great even though it’s been on sale since the dawn of time, I think this will age very well. No stupid swoops like Lexus, no crazy vents like Toyota, no whatever the fuck Nissan is doing. Just a good clean design.

Wait, a sedan that ONLY came with a 5 speed Manuel, in 2013-2014???

Because of the Outback, or what?  Jesus.

And this my friends is a microcosm of why Americans have trouble with the (Virus).

The flame retardant is red to hide the blood!

The problem is there is no fix for this broken pipe, at least not yet. All we CAN do is tape it up until we CAN fix it. We can’t let people go homeless because they’re out of work (or can’t run their own businesses) because they’re being locked down.

It was always going to get worse. The point of the lockdown was to keep the strain off the hospitals. Most hospitals are back to pre-corona levels so now we can open things back up slowly and the hospitals won’t be overloaded. If they start getting overloaded we cinch back down again for a bit.

I wonder how often a police department for a city with a population of 70,000 actually needs a Lenco BearCat.

Still got the spindle grill?

All good answers above, except Orlove.

Yes. You shouldn’t change lanes without checking your 6, and neither should a robovolvo.

Most of the small restaurants around where I live have their own websites.   They might be a bit janky, but they all work just fine.

Eh, it’s cheap protein that’s no-hassle to cook and makes a good delivery-system for sauces. My grocer regularly sells 2-lb. bags of nuggets for $4, or 1-lb. bags of strips or filets for $8. If you’re on a tight budget, the choice is pretty easy.

I don’t think I’d have a problem with the sweetness, as I’ve had sweet sauces and toppings on my pizza before.  It’s the texture that I wonder if I’d like.  Having something chewy as my pizza topping seems like it would take getting used to.
