I am convinced that some folks will simply never be comfortable making decisions.... My work is basically just that, making important, educated decisions.  Some of our trainees can do it, some just struggle.  It isn’t a judgmental kind of situation - some folks just should pick careers where they don’t need to

interesting - the one CVT WRX I rode in seemed to do that as well, the transmission seemed to be fighting the driver to keep the motor just off boost.
