It is tougher to be cash only today than ever before given that so many folks don’t carry it - but restaurants have slim margins. I have no problem pushing some of the CC costs to customers if it is a net sum income gain. And I’ll just continue to carry cash, thank you.

For an unfiltered beer, (NE IPA, Hef, etc) from a bottle or can you can pour the initial 3/4 at a 45 deg angle as per the vid, then give the bottle/can a quick double swirl to pull all that unfiltered goodness off the bottom before pouring that last bit through the middle.

agree - had the same thing happen. Goof ball air gun jockey stripped the plug on my wife’s old Honda.... I have done our two cars for the last decade - it takes less time for me to do both than to sit and wait for just one even a Jiffy Lube, I control the oil and filter and make absolutely sure it’s done right.
